I joined a small student association and left a non-profit company that had become a reference point for finance students in Milan: 90+ associates, 40+ events with leading firms. As Head of Social Media I ran a rebrand that reached 100k+ organic views and grew followers 120% in a year.
The video is about how ten people became ninety around the same idea. This is the other half: why it was still there after I left.
When I took over as President, every event happened because someone chased it personally. That energy was real, and I wanted it to outlast the people who had it. Alongside the events, I built what would carry it: an ERP so operations lived in a system rather than in someone's head, a recruiting rhythm that brought in new associates every semester, and real ownership handed to people early. The club still runs, and still recruits students who never met me.
I did that because of what the room was for. Most students arrive not knowing who they are, and they find out through other people. Building a place where that can happen is the most useful thing I have done.
That is what I would build at ESCP: not an audience for Claude, but a room where people become themselves.

Come Head of Social Media ho guidato un rebrand che ha raggiunto oltre 100k visualizzazioni organiche e fatto crescere i follower del 120% in un anno.
Il video racconta come dieci persone sono diventate novanta attorno alla stessa idea. Questa è l'altra metà: perché era ancora lì dopo che me ne sono andato.
Quando sono diventato Presidente, ogni evento accadeva perché qualcuno lo inseguiva di persona. Quell'energia era vera, e volevo che durasse più delle persone che la avevano. Accanto agli eventi ho costruito ciò che l'avrebbe portata avanti: un ERP perché le operazioni vivessero in un sistema e non nella testa di qualcuno, un ritmo di reclutamento che portasse nuovi associati ogni semestre, e responsabilità vere affidate presto alle persone. Il club continua a funzionare, e continua a reclutare studenti che non mi hanno mai conosciuto.
L'ho fatto per quello a cui serviva quella stanza. Quasi tutti gli studenti arrivano senza sapere chi sono, e lo scoprono attraverso gli altri. Costruire un posto in cui questo possa succedere è la cosa più utile che ho fatto.
È quello che costruirei a ESCP: non un pubblico per Claude, ma una stanza in cui le persone diventano se stesse.
